Content Writers

As part of our mission, we want to offer girls and young women the opportunity to join our team, develop and showcase their skills, as well as contribute to the I Am Beyoutiful movement.

We are currently searching for volunteers who can write blogs for our new online magazine. This role is ideal for any aspiring bloggers, writers, journalists or individuals wanting to get into marketing and need experience, or individuals simply enthusiastic about joining the I Am Beyoutiful team.

Role Description 

We are passionate about challenging the status quo of beauty and empowering girls through our content such as our e-magazine and blog posts.

You will be taking part in this creative process, where you will be able to share your ideas and showcase your skills, which will add to your portfolio/CV.

Your role will involve Q&As with extraordinary girls and women, experts and influencers, and challenging the status quo of beauty today.

You will be working directly with the women behind the organisation. They will act as your mentors and will support you however it is needed, especially with any issues with self-esteem or confidence. They will also guide you through the process of writing and building upcoming events. 

You will be able to work remotely.

Essential Skills/Experience

We will be providing training for all volunteers, and so previous experience is not essential. What we would love you to have is a passion for writing, getting involved, contributing and self-development. Examples of any work you may have done would be welcomed, as would evidence of your social media creativity and knowledge, even if this comes solely from your own personal social media accounts. 

If you have your own blog or active social media channel, you will of course be ahead of the game.
